Added a component which the user can drag and drop or select a file to upload. Added a button that sends the file for analysis. Added the title: Extração de PDF - Sinosserra

How to Test
To make a test the user can run the project and it will appear on the main page. After this the user can test dragging and dropping one or more files into the box. Moreover, the component will show if the file is acceptable. If it is not the box will become red.
