Enhance CongratsModal and Layout components with new navigation features and responsive design. Added dynamic message handling in CongratsModal for different message types. Implemented back and next buttons in Layout for module navigation, including toast notifications for user feedback. Updated Login and Register pages for better responsiveness based on screen height.
