Scenario: A VIR Admin must be able to remove a book through the trash bin icon in the book element
Given a VIR Admin wishes to remove a book in VIR's library
When they click the trash bin icon in the book's element
Then the book's register is removed from the database and the book isn't available to read in the library anymore
